儿童胆囊炎胆石症的超声影像

目的 :分析儿童胆囊炎胆石症的超声影像特点 ,评价超声检查对该病的诊断价值。方法 :回顾分析 34例经手术病理和 /或临床证实的胆囊炎胆石症患儿临床表现及超声影像特点。结果 :体积正常 2 0例 ,增大 13例 ,萎缩 1例 ;34例胆囊壁均毛糙 ,其中 ,囊壁增厚 10例 ,囊内容物混浊 3例 ,合并胆系结石 2 7例。并发胰腺炎 3例。结论 :儿童胆囊炎胆石症的超声图像较有特征性 ,超声检查应作为儿童胆囊炎胆石症首选检查手段。

Ultrasonography of Pediatric Cholelithiasis and Cholecystitis

Purpose To analyze the ultrasonography features of pediatric cholelithiasis and cholecystitis and to evaluate the diagnostic value of this examation.Methods The appearances of ultrosonogaphy with 34 pediatric patients proved by clinical or/and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The volume of gallbladder was normal for 20 cases,hypertrophy for 13 ones and atrophy for one in ultrasonography within 34 cases. The gallbladder wall showed gross in all of cases, with cystic wall thickness in 10 cases,cystic fluid blur in 3 ones,and companied with cholelithiasis in 27 ones. 3 cases of all patients were secondary pancreatitis.Conclusions The ultrasonography of pediatric cholelithiasis and cholecystitis was more characterastic,and the ultrosonography examination should be the first method in the diagnosing this disease.
