摘    要:从南海海域红树林根际淤泥中分离获得一株能有效抑制耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的海洋小单孢菌AM105。以AM105为出发菌株,对其液体发酵工艺进行了研究。实验考察了碳源、氮源、盐度、无机盐、pH值及接种量等对AM105产抗生素的影响,并通过正交实验对培养基配比进行了优化。优化发酵条件下,5L发酵罐发酵6 d时发酵液抑菌圈直径可达36.5 mm。

Abstract:A marine micromonospora named AM105 with inhibition of MRSA was isolated from mangrove mud in the South Sea. The liquid fermentation for antibiotic by AM105 was investigated. The effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, salinity, inorganic salt, pH value and incubation volume on the production of antibiotic were studied and the ratio of nutrition component was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Based on the optimized conditions for antibiotic, the diameter of bacterial inhibition ring 36.5 mm was obtained by 5 L fermentor.
