流行病学基础数据的分类与数据源研究

摘    要:传统的入户流行病学问卷调查存在高成本低效率问题,可采用信息技术解决这个问题.首先要明确流行病学问卷调查系统应收集的数据内容及结构,对60份调查表中的数据进行分类.得出5个一级分类,48个二级分类,915个数据项,揭示了各类数据的发源地共有20个.对流行病学调查问卷的数据分类和原始数据发生源的分析,可用于确定流行病学问卷调查系统的数据内容,和为达到调查目的需与之交互的其他机构的系统与数据,避免数据的重复收集.

Abstract:The traditional epidemiology questionnaire costs much and lacks efficiency. To solve this problem through information technology, we should first look into the content and structure of statistics that epidemiology questionnaires are supposed to collect. The statistics taken from 60 questionnaires can be categorized into five parent groups, 48 child groups and 915 items, which indicates twenty sources of statistics. The categorization of statistics from epidemiology questionnaires and the analysis of sources of the raw statistics help to set the statistical content of a epidemiology questionnaire information systems and statistics of related institutions, avoiding repeats of statistics.
