| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人性化护理模式应用于母婴同室的临床效果。方法:选择我科2007年11月～2008年4月540例产妇作为对照组,选择2008年5月～2009年3月545例产妇作为实验组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施人性化护理。结果:实验组在哺育知识掌握率、母乳喂养成功率、护理满意率等方面均显著优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:人性化护理模式应用于母婴同室的护理,能提高产妇相关哺育知识,增强护理质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of humanization nursing model used in room of mother and infant. Methods ： Choosing 540 puerpera from Nov. 2007 - Apr. 2008 was control group, choosing 545 puerpera from May 2008 - Mar. 2009 was experimental group. The routine care was used in control group, and humanization nursing were used in experimental group. Results： The grasp rate of feed knowledge, success rate of breast milk feed and satisfaction rate of nursing in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Humanization nursing model used in room of mother and infant can enhance relative knowlodge of feed and promote nursing quality, so it deserted promotion and application in clinical work. |
