保心汤对稳定型心绞痛患者血管新生相关因子的影响

目的：探讨保心汤对稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮生长因子（vEGF）和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bF-GF）的影响。方法：82例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组。中药组口服中药保心汤，常规组服用常规西药。治疗前和治疗4周后分别检测2组血浆VEGF和bFGF浓度，并进行疗效评价。结果：血浆VEGF和bFGF浓度治疗前2组比较差异无显著性意义；治疗后中药组均明显增加（P〈0．05）；常规组均无明显变化。结论；保心汤能提高血浆VEGF和bFGF浓度，通过促进冠脉侧支循环的建立而达到治疗冠心病的目的。

Effect of Baoxin Decoction on Plasma Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective: To investigate the effect of Baoxin decoction on plasma vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods: Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups: therapy group and control group.The patients in therapy group were treated with Baoxin decoction,and those in control group were subjected to routine treatments.The levels of plasma VEGF and bFGF before and 4 weeks after therapy were measured in these two groups.The curative effectiveness was evaluated.Results: There was no significant difference in plasma VEGF and bFGF between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF and bFGF were obviously elevated in therapy group(P<0.05),but no significant changes were found in control group (P>0.05).Conclusion: Baoxin decoction can elevate the levels of plasma VEGF and bFGF.It might work through elevating the plasma VEGF and bFGF levels of patients,which facilitates building the subordinate circulatory system of coronary,and helps to cure coronary heart disease.
