FHIT蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨FHIT蛋白表达在肺癌发生发展中的作用及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测60例肺癌组织及癌旁组织中FHIT蛋白的表达,分析在不同临床病理指标下FHIT蛋白的表达情况。结果FHIT蛋白在癌旁组织的阳性表达率(76.7%)高于癌组织(50.0%),两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);癌组织中FHIT蛋白阳性表达率与患者性别、年龄、吸烟状况、大体分型、TNM分期、组织学分类、有无淋巴结转移均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论肺癌组织中FHIT蛋白明显下调,可能对肺癌的发生发展起着一定的作用

Abstract:Objective The purpose of the current study was to investigate the role of the expression of FHIT in lung cancerous tumorigenesis and to discuss the clinical significance of the changes of FHIT expression.Methods The expression of FHIT protein was detected in lung cancerous tissues and in adjacent tissues(n=60)using S-P staining method.The expression of FHIT was analyzed in lung cancerous tissues with different clinicopathological parameters.Results The expression of FHIT protein in adjacent tissues (76.7%)was obvious higher than one in lung cancerous tissues(50.0%),which had statistical significance(P<0.01).No correlation was found between FHIT expression and the age,sex,smoking,general typing,TNM staging,histological type,and lymph node metastasis in the patients with lung cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of FHIT protein in lung cancer is evidently down regulated and FHIT protein possibly plays something roles in lung cancerous tumorigenesis
