"视觉第一中国行动"白内障复明工程住院管理流程优化的体会

目的探讨大规模集中进行白内障复明手术时眼科病房的管理办法。方法回顾分析我科7年来参加"视觉第一中国行动"白内障复明工程,每年在1个月内完成400~1000名白内障患者复明手术管理工作的体会。结果通过周密计划,优化管理,门诊完成术前检查,病房主管医师分班轮流,人人接收患者,到进行手术和术后观察,负责到底。心理护理方面,集中术前谈话和术前术后心理护理。结论改进管理措施、优化诊治流程是改善复明工作秩序、提高工作效率的好方法。满足了短期内集中进行大量白内障复明手术的需要。

Experience on the flow optimization of hospitalization management of sight rehabilitating engineering for cataract]

Objective To discuss the management method of ophthalmic wards when centralizedly performing sight rehabilitating operation for cataract. Methods In the past 7 years, we have been participating in the sight rehabilitating engineering for cataract, and completed 400-1000 patients' sight rehabilitating operations in one month each year. Review and analyze the experiences of the managemnt method in the sight rehabilitating operations. Results Through careful planning and optimum management, the pre-operation examination were completed at outpatient service. All the ward doctors-in-charge take tums in receiving patients, and the doctor will be responsible for carrying out operation and post-operation observation. Conclusions Centralizedly performing pre-operation talk and mental nursing. Improving management measures and optimizing the flow of the diagnosis and treatment is a good way to improve sight rehabilitating work order and increase work efficiency. It meets the need of performing a large number of sight rehabilitating operations for cataract during a short period.
