摘    要:以三乙醇胺作吸收剂,用对品红显色测定发酵酒中亚硫酸盐含量,相对标准偏差1.99%,加标回收率为97.3%~105.6%。最低检出量0.15mg,在20℃时SO2的摩尔吸光系数为3.6×104(564nm)。

Abstract:Aspectrophotometric method using pararosanitine hydrochloride was established to determine sulfite content in the fermented wine with triethanolamine as absorbent.Maximum absorbance of the product is at 564 nm with absorptivity of 3.6 × 104. The relative standard deviation is 1.99%. The recovery rate ranges from 97.3%to 105.6%. The minimum detectable amount is 0. 16μg(SO2).
