手术室护理人员锐器伤的原因分析及防护措施

目的：分析手术室护士锐器伤发生的原因，探讨防范措施。方法：对本地区3所二级医院的170名护士采用问卷调查。结果：121名护理人员发生锐器伤，发生率为71．18％。其中，护生发生率为89％，护士发生率为45．71％。伤后伤口处理仅有21．88％的护士和2．25％的护生规范，受伤后有21．88％和10．11％的护生主动上报。结论：手术室护理人员算器伤发生率高，发生率与工龄，自我防护意识谈薄，缺乏职业安全教育，操作不规范有关。

Operating room nurses sharp cause of the damage analysis and protective measures

Objective：To analysis the reasons of operating room nurses for sharp injuries happen and explore preventive measures. Methods：In the use of a questionnaire survey to 170 nurses. Results：One hundred and twenty one nurses sharp injury happened, the incidence was 71.18%. Among them, the nursing students in the incidence of 89%,while, the incidence of the nurses was 45.71%. Wound treatment after injury, only 21.88% of the nurses and 2.25% of nursing students norms, the injury has 21.88% and 10.11% of nursing students take the initiative to report. Conclusion：Operating room nursing staff in the high incidence of sharp injuries has relevant with length of service, self-protection awareness about thin, lack of occupational safety and education, non-standardized operation.
