情感性精神病与Ha－ras基因限制性片段长度多态性关系的研究

用人Ｃ－Ｈａ－ｒａｓ－１全长基因组ＤＮＡ作探针，对３８例双相型情感性精神病人和正常对照人群６６人进行ＲＦＬＰ分析，ＳａｃＩ酶解产生５．２ｋｂ，５．７ｋｂ，６．２ｋｂ和６．８ｋｂ四种等位多态片段，但各等位片段的频率与北美人比较有较大差别。ＢＰ病人和正常人之间，等位片段分布及等位片段组成的基因型分布均无显著差异。对４个ＢＰ家系进行分析，其中两个家系可见到等位片段分离现象，但基因传递和情感性精神病之间的关系难以确定。研究结果不支持情感性精神病与Ｈａ－ｒａｓ基因连锁。

Study on the Relationship Between Affective Disorder and Ha-ras RFLPs

Using the cloned full length c-Ha-ras-l genomic DNA as a probe(pUCEJ6.6), SacI restriction fragment length polymorphisms(RFLPs) was analysed in peripheral blood cells' DNAs from 38 affective disorder patients and 66 normal control, and showed polymorphisms in all individuals. The alleles were 5.2kb,5.7kb, 6.2kb,6.8kb,respectively. The Size of these restrition fragments was consistent with that reported in the North American. The frequencies of the alleles showed rominant diffeprence between Chinese and American, while there were no significant difference both in frequencies of alleles and in frequencies of genotypes between MDI and normal control. Besides, 4 MDI families were analysed, and the segregation of alleles in two families were observed,but it is difficult to decide the relationship between the transmission of the genes and MDI. Our results did not support the linkage between MDI and Ha-ras gene locus.
