代谢综合征与子宫内膜癌

代谢综合征（MS）是多种代谢物异常集结的病理状态，与其有关的远期不良结局日益受到关注。MS已成为乳腺癌、直肠癌等恶性肿瘤发病的高危因素。MS疾病发生发展的各环节与子宫内膜癌发病机制关系密切，且存在共同的细胞因子表达异常。MS亦可能是子宫内膜癌发病的危险信号，由此，其可能成为早期筛查子宫内膜癌的新途径，对其综合治疗可能成为防治子宫内膜癌及增加疗效的有效方法。
