泌尿系移行细胞癌c-erbB-2基因蛋白和表皮生长因子受体的表达及意义

目的：探讨原癌基因c-erbK-2基因蛋白和表皮生长因子受体在泌尿系移行细胞癌发生发展中作用。方法；应用免疫组织化学方法研究c-erbB-2和表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）在65例泌尿系移行细胞癌（包括47例膀胱癌和18例肾盂癌）的表达。结果：c－erbH-2蛋白在膀胱癌和肾盂癌的表达率分别为40．4％和38．9％；EGFR的表达率分别为膀胱癌46.8％。肾盂癌44．4％；c－erbB－2和EGFR表达均与膀胱癌和肾盂癌的分级和分期有关，c－erbW－2和EGFR有显著相关关系。结论：c－erbB－2和EGFR表达反应了癌细胞增殖状态，可作为膀胱癌和肾盂癌生物学行为和预后评估的一项重要指标。

Expression of c-erbB-2 Oncoprotein and EGFR in Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Urinary System

Purpose: To investigate the role of oncogene c-erbB-2 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in carcinogenesis of transitional cell carcinoma of urinary system. Method: Expression of c-erbB2 and EGFR were studied in 65 transitional cell carcinoma (include 47 bladder carcinoma and 18 renal pelvis carcinoma) with immunohistochemical technique. Results: Positive rates of cerbB-2 were 40. 4% and 38. 9% and of EGFR were 46. 8% and 44. 4 % in bladder carcinoma and renal pelvis carcinoma respectively.Significant relationship was observed between c-erbB-2,EGFR and the grade or stage of the tumor. Conclusion: c-erbB-2 and EGFR involved in cell proliferation state and might be served as markers for the eva1uation of biological behavior and prognosis in bladder carcnoma and renal pelvis carcinoma.
