摘    要:目的研究板蓝根F022部位对内毒素致热家兔的解热作用,筛选抗内毒素有效部位.方法通过半体内和体内实验,静脉给予内毒素后0.5,1,2,3,4 h,分别测量家兔体温.结果在半体内和体内实验中,F022均对内毒素致热家兔具有很好的解热作用.结论F022可作为板蓝根解热活性主体进行进一步研究.

Abstract:Objective To observe the anti-pyretie effect of F022 from Radix Isatidis. Methods The fever model was induced by intravenous injection of endotoxin into rabbits. Body temperature of the rabbits was measured at 0.5, 1, 2, 3, and 4h after administration in semi-vivo and in vivo. Results F022 subsided the fever in rabbits induced by endotoxin in semi-vivo and vivo. Conclusion It is valuable for further research that F022 component is used as the main to screen anti-pyretic active constituent.
