霉菌性上消化道炎的临床观察

目的：提高对霉菌性上消化道炎的临床表现和内镜特点的认识。方法：对41例霉菌性上消化道炎的临床表现、诱因及相关疾病、内镜学表现和涂片检查及治疗结果进行分析。结果：霉菌性上消化道炎41例中，食管炎28例，胃炎4例，十二指肠炎9例，内镜主要表现是散在糜烂及白斑，目前常用的抗霉菌类药疗效较好。结论：霉菌性上消化道炎有多种上消化道症状，但无特征性。内镜是诊断的重要手段，确诊要靠细胞刷涂片找霉菌。

Clinical observation of the upper gastrointestinal fungus inflammation

Objective:To explore the clinical and endoscopic manifestations of the upper gastrointestinal fungus inflammation. Methods:41 patients with upper gastrointestinal fungus inflammation, including their clinical and endoscopic manifestations, associated factors and treatment were analysed.Results:There were many symptoms of upper gastrointestinal tract that were not instinctive in the 41 patients (28 esophagitis, 4 gastritis, 9 duodenitis ). The common endoscopic signs were diffuse leukoplakia or erosion and currently used anti fungus drugs were effective.Conclusion:Predisposing cause or fundamental pathological state can be found more frequently in the aged patients with upper gastrointestinal fungus inflammation. Gastroendoscopic examination is of great value for the clinical diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal fungus infections, while etiological analyses should be made for confirmed diagnosis.
