| 摘 要： | 目的对三氧化二砷(As2O3)作用人食管癌细胞株Ec109前后Maspin蛋白的表达进行比较研究。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测As2O3处理Ec109前后Maspin蛋白的表达。结果未经As2O3处理的Ec109细胞Maspin蛋白表达水平较低(9.74%),经As2O3作用后Ec109细胞Maspin蛋白表达水平增加(23.16%),两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论As2O3抗肿瘤作用可能与上调maspin表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of Maspin in human esophageal carcinoma cell line Ec109 was treated with As-2O-3 or not.Methods The expression of Maspin was analyzed with immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive immunostaining rate was 9.74% in Ec109 cell was not treated with As-2O-3,The positive immunostaining rate was 23.16% in Ec109 cell was treated with As-2O-3.There was a statistically significant association between the two groups.Conclusions It is tentatively proved that the antineoplastic action of As-2O-3 may be related to the up-regulation of maspin. |
