红药膏治疗烧伤800例的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨应用红药膏治疗烧伤创面的效果。方法 观察800例烧伤患者创面使用红药膏治疗与用普通常用药换药治疗烧伤创面80例患者作为对照。观察其创面平均愈合天数、治愈率、好转率等情况。结果 红药膏组800例中，768例（96％）治愈，32例好转（4％）无1例无效或恶化，治愈率为96％，有效率为100％；使用普通常用药治疗烧伤创面的80例患者中，63例治愈（治愈78．7％），16例好转（20％），恶化1例（1．25％）。经Ridit分析，P〈0．01。结论 本组疗效明显优于普通药组，红药膏具有与伤口不发生粘连，换药无痛和免除组织损伤，此外，还具有很强的抗菌、促进伤口生长作用和缩短愈合时间等优点。

Observation on Clinical Effect of Safflower Plaster in Treating Burn Wound

Objective To discuss the effect of safflower plaster in treating burn wound.Methods An observation was made between 800 cases of burn wound treated with safflower plaster and 80 cases of burn wound treated with routine drugs;the average healing days,the curative rate and the improving rate were observed.Results Out of the 800 cases treated with safflower plaster,768 cases healed(96%) and 32 cases improved(4%),no cases showed inefficiency or deterioration,the effective rate was 100%;Out of the 80 cases treated with routine drugs,63 cases healed(78.7%) and 16 cases improved(20%),one case deteriorated(1.25%);Ridit Analysis showed P<0.01.Conclusions Safflower plaster causes no adhesion to the wound,no pain in dressing change and no tissue injury,it has strong antibacterial effect and can promote wound healing and shorten the healing period.
