摘    要:目的:改进超声前端发射电路系统,以获得更好的回波信号.方法:根据这一需求,采用集成芯片HDL6V5583代替分立元件产生高压脉冲信号,并以FPGA完成对高压脉冲芯片和模拟电子开关的控制以及数字化发射延时聚焦.结果:实验证明,回波信号中包含的不同组织界面的反射信号清晰可见.结论:采用集成芯片设计的超声前端发射电路收到了良好的效果,并且缩小了电路板面积,降低了功耗,能够应用在超声设备中.

Abstract:Objective To improve the ultrasonic front-end transmitting system to get a better echo signal.Methods According to the demand,the integrated chip HDL6V5583 was mobilized to replace the discrete components to produce a high-voltage pulse signal,and FPGA chip was used to control the high-voltage pulse chip,analog electronic switches and the digital fine-delay focusing.Results The experimental results showed that the echo signal contained the reflection signal of different organizational levels of the human abdomen and the reflected signals were clearly visible.Conclusion Medical ultrasonic front-end transmitting circuit design based on integration chip receives good results,reduces board area and power consumption.It can be used in ultrasonic equipment.
