钬激光超声综合碎石治疗仪的研制

摘    要:目的:研制一种钬激光超声综合碎石治疗仪。方法:该治疗仪包括纳秒钬激光碎石系统和超声碎石系统,两者通过触摸屏控制系统有效融合,互为补充。运用电光调Q技术输出的纳秒钬激光拥有更高的峰值功率和更短的作用时间,用来粉碎高硬度的结石。基于直接数字频率合成的超声碎石系统采用了数字化的自动频率跟踪技术,先扫描后跟踪的策略,消除了失锁和误跟踪现象,提高了碎石的稳定性和效率,用来粉碎小的、低硬度的结石。结果:仪器移动灵活,操作简单,在产品样机上实验,取得了良好的效果。结论:钬激光碎石和超声碎石有效融合又互为补充,解决了现有碎石设备遇到的问题,有效提高了碎石效果,治疗更方便,值得加以推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To develop a holmium laser ultrasound lithotripsy device. Methods The new hthotnpter included a ns holmium laser lithotripsy system and a ultrasonic lithotripsy system. The ns holmium laser lithotripsy and the ultrasonic lithotripsy worked together efficiently and complemented each other by a touch screen. The electro-optical Q-switched ns holmium laser with high-peak power and short reaction time was used to fragment the high-hardness calculi quickly. The ultrasonic lithotripsy system based on direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS) utilized the automatic frequency tracking technology. A strategy of sweeping frequency before tracking was realized, thus the phenomenon of dead-locking and false tracking were eliminated. The ultrasonic lithotripsy system fragmented the small, low-hardness calculi and improved the stability and the efficiency. Results The lithotripter was flexible and convenient to use, which had been used in the prototype and showed good performance. Conclusion The holmium laser and ultrasonic lithotripsy work together efficiently and complement each other, thus the problems of existing equipment are solved.
