| 摘 要： | 针对在卫生材料集中招标采购中,传统的手工招标方式耗时耗力,且不够准确的情况,应用常用的办公软件电子表格Excel作为数据库,设计了卫生材料招标系统。该招标系统使招投标双方快速准确地完成招投标工作,提高了医院的管理效率。
