经皮穿刺行钢丝环扎术治疗髌骨骨折

目的探索采用经皮穿刺钢丝环扎术治疗新鲜髌骨骨折的方法和效果。方法２０例患者，在腰麻或局麻下，使用０．８～１．０ｍｍ粗钢丝，行患膝皮穿刺后，环扎骨折的髌骨。结果４周后摄片复查骨折复位良好，钢丝位置不变，８周时骨折已基本愈合，所有病例愈后良好，１２～１６个月后拆除钢丝。结论该方法操作简便，创伤小，时间短。术后不需石膏托固定，可早期活动，值得推广使用。

Treatment of patella fractures using transcutaneous steel wire ring ligature

Purpose To explore the method and clinical effect of treating fresh patella fractures by way of steel wire ring ligature through skin puncture. Methods There were 20 cases in this group. Under spinal or local anaesthesia, 0.8-1.0mm diameter steel wire was used for ring ligature of the fractured patella through skin puncture. Results Follow up radiograph 4 weeks after the procedure showed that alignment of fragments was good and the position of the steel wire was not changed, in 8 weeks, the fracture was almost healed. The prognosis of all cases was favorable. The steel wires were removed after 12-16 months. Conclusion This therapy has the advantages of simple operation, less invasiveness short time, and no need for plaster fixation allowing early activity. It is a therapy worthy of extensive applications.
