| 摘 要： | 目的探索人体测量参数对胰岛素、C肽分泌水平的预测作用。方法予123例志愿者（2型糖尿病患者58例，非糖尿病患者65例）行75 g无水葡萄糖口服葡萄糖耐量试验及胰岛素、C肽释放试验，分析体质指数、腰围、腰围/臀围比值与胰岛素、C肽水平的关系。结果各组均显示体质指数、腰围与空腹胰岛素、空腹C肽水平成正相关关系；腰臀围比值与30 min和（或）60 min胰岛素、C肽水平成负相关关系。结论人体测量参数与胰岛素和C肽水平密切相关，可作为临床防治糖尿病的简易预测标志参数。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationships of anthropometric measurement and level of insulin and c-peptide. Methods A total of 123 people （58 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 65 healthy subjects） were enrolled in taking oral glucose tolerance test （ OGTT, 75 grams anhydro-glucose）, insulin and C-peptide releasing test. The relationships were analyzed between body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference （WC）, waist-to-hip ratio （WHR）, insulin and C~peptide levels. Results Each group had shown that BMI, WC were positively related with fasting insulin and C-peptide levels; WHR were negatively related with OGTT 30 rain and （or） 60 min insulin, and C-peptide levels. Conclusion Anthropometric parameters are closely related to insulin and C-peptide levels and may forecast insulin secreting status. |
