第二松花江灌区居民细胞遗传学调查

摘    要:对第二松花江吉林江段沿江居民的外周血淋巴细胞染色体及SCE进行了调查。前者与对照组比,无明显差异,而后者则明显升高,二者均有距江水愈近,改变愈大的倾向,说明这种改变可能与江水被污染有关。但致害物质是多因素的,其中甲基汞及汞可能是主要的。

Abstract:The chromosomal aberration and SCEs of the lymphocytes of the peripheral blood in the inhabitants, living in the area that lies to the both sides of Songhua River in Jilin were examined. The frequencies of chromosomal aberrations were not significantly higher than that in the inhabitants of control area. But, the frequencies of SCEs were significantly increased. Both of them showed the tendency, the nearer the site of inhabitants far from the rivei, the higher both changes. These indicated that the changes were related to the Pollutants of the river. Maybe the mercury or methal mercury is major Pollutant.
