193例院内感染致病菌分析

从我院193例院内感染患者临床标本中分离到金黄色葡萄球菌、腐生葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、阴沟杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌、粘质沙雷氏杆菌、奇异变形杆菌、白色念珠菌等10种193株细菌,其中金黄葡萄球菌66例,占院内感染病例的34%;大肠杆菌32例,占院内感染病例的16%;腐生葡萄球菌28例,占院内感染病例的14.5%;绿脓杆菌19例,占院内感染病例的10%;其他菌48例共占院内感染病例的25.5%。

Analysis of 193 Cases of Nosocomial Infection Pathogens

Patients from the hospital 193 cases of nosocomial infection of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical specimens, saprophytic Staphylococcus aureus Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia, tuberculosis Serratia marcescens. Proteus mirabilis, 10 types of 193 strains of bacteria Candida albicans. Staphylococcus aureus which 66 cases accounted for 34% of nosocomial infections. 32 cases of E. coli accounted for 16% of nosocomial infections. Saprophytic Staphylococcus 28 cases accounted for 14.5% of nosocomial infections. Pseudomonas aeruginosa 19 cases of nosocomial infections accounted for 10% of total 48 cases of nosocomial infection in other species of 25.5 cases.
