| 摘 要： | 目的研究重度慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血中内毒素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用显色基质鲎实验法测定30例正常人和30例重度慢性乙型肝炎患者中血清内毒素水平，并进行比较。结果重度慢性乙型肝炎患者的血清内毒素水平正常人组为（0．071±0．022）EU／ml，肝炎组为（0．186±0．051）EU／ml，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论重度慢性乙型肝炎患者血清内毒水平明显升高，内毒素在重度慢性乙型肝炎的发生、发展过程中发挥重要的病理生理作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of serum endotoxin level in chronic hepatitis B （ heavy degree） patients. Methods Serum endotoxin level of 30 normal controls and 30 chronic hepatitis B （ heavy degree） patients were measured by limulus lysate test. Results Compared with normal controls,the serum endotoxin level in chronic hepatitis B （heavy degree） patients improved significantly （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion In chronic hepatitis B （heavy degree） patients, the level of serum endotoxin improved significant. The endotoxemia play a very important role in the process of chronic hepatitis B （heavy degree）. |
