数字医疗中数据质量管理的研究

国家卫生部统计中心对全国3765所医院信息化现状调查结果显示，医院信息化应用已超过80％，但医疗质量监控系统的应用则只有8％。这个结果一方面说明医院对数据质量的重要性还没有给予足够的重视。另一方面也说明信息化条件下数据质量管理模式和监控技术的研究和产品明显不足，无规章可循，无系统可用。医疗质量是医院的生命线。而医疗数据质量又是医疗质量的基础，在医院实施数字化后，信息系统中数据的质量至关重要。数据质量问题已引起卫生管理部门和医院各级管理及医务人员的重视，开展数字医疗数据质量管理的研究必将促进我国医疗卫生信息化建设的进一步应用和发展。

Research on Data Quality Management in Digital Medical Treatment

The result of survey made by Statistics Center of State Health Ministry on the current situation of 3765 hospitals＇ informatization, shows that the application of hospital informatization has exceeded 80%, but that of medical quality supervision system only arrives 8%. This result explains that on one hand, hospitals have not put enough attention on the significance of data quality, and on the other hand, the research and product of data quality management mode and supervision technology are obviously insufficient, irregular, and disable, under the informatization condition. The medical quality is the lifeline for hospital, and the medical data quality is the basis for medical quality, so after hospital carried out the informatization, the quality of data in information system is much important. Nowadays, the data quality problem has drawn much attention from health management department and management as well as medical personnel in hospitals; therefore, making research on quality management of digital medical data can accelerate the further application and development of our medical health informatization construction.
