严重胸伤并多发伤的急救——280例临床经验

280胸伤并多发性损伤病例中,以中青年男性居多。交通事故和工业意外致伤占72%。胸腹联合伤占全组病例的42.86%。本组经验认为,首先要识别多发伤中的致命伤,优先处理之。重点维持呼吸和循环功能,快速补充血容;抗休克治疗和手术止血同时进行。并强调首诊医师负责制,固定抢救小组成员。治疗目的是挽救生命,最大限度地保存各脏器的功能。

The Emergency Treatment of Multiple Injury Complicated by Severe Thoracic Injury——Clinical Experience of 280 Cases

From 1955 to 1985,280 cases of multiple injury complicated by severe thoracic injruy were surgically treated.They were 214 males (62.1%) and 66 females (37.9%),the patients who were from 20 to 50 years were 70.7% of the total.The injury rate caused by traffic and industrial accidents was 72%.The thoracic and abdominal injury rate was 42.9%.According to our experience,it is most important to find out deadly wound of multiple injury at first and to treat it immediately.It is very important to maintain respiratory and circulatory function effectively,and to supply the blood volume immediately.The treatment of shock should be performed at the same time as that of controling bleeding.The responsible rule of the emergency treatment group should be fixed.The aim of treatment is to rescure patient's life and to preserve the function of all organs by all possible means.
