外科手术矫治方颌畸形

目的：探讨下颌角咬肌肥大的手术指征和总结口内截骨矫治的临床体会，方法：C地15例下颌角咬肌肥大患要用口内途径行下颌角及部分嚼肌切除矫治术，对其临床特点，术前准备，麻醉方法，手术方案设计，手术要点及术后注意事项等进行总结，结果：术后外形完全满意者12例，基本满意者3例，双侧下颌角外观经截骨后均取得了较满意的弧线，结论：术前严密设计，术中准确截骨，是保持最终效果左右一致的关键。

Surgical Correction of Square Mandible by an Intraoral Approach

Objective The aim of this article is to report on a series of cases that underwent the surgical correction of square mandible (prominent mandibular angle) by an intraoral approach. Methods 15 cases are reported here, and all caese with hypertrophy of mandibular angle and masseter muscle were examined clinically and radiographically to appraise the characteristics of this deformity. The special preoperative preparation,the prediction, the surgical technique of correction are introduced and discussed in detail here. Results The result showed that the facial appearance of all cases were improved significantly after surgical correction, and patients were satisfied with the postoperative appearance. Concluslon For a good postopdrative result, accurate preoprative designing and exact surgical management has proved useful.
