通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变32例临床观察

目的观察通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将62例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分成2组。2组均在降糖基础上，治疗组32例采用通络汤治疗，对照组30例采用肌肉注射维生素B1、维生素B12治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率87．8％，对照组53.3％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论通络汤治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变疗效良好。

Clinical observation on the treatment of 32 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Tongluo decoction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongluo decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 62 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. On the hypoglycemic basis in both groups, 32 patients in treatment group were treated by Tongluo decoction, and 30 patients in control group were treated by intramuscular injection with vitamin B1 and B12, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after a treatment course in both groups. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 87.8 % and 53.3% respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The Tongluo decoction is effective in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
