| 摘 要： | 目的 了解归国劳务人员的传染病感染情况，为政府制定传染病监测措施提供依据。方法 对归国劳务人员随机进行血液HIV抗体、RPR抗体、HBsAg检测。结果 调查1100人，发现感染艾滋病病毒2人(含其配偶)、梅毒感染5人、乙型肝炎病毒携带45人、开放性肺结核2例。结论 必须加强归国劳务人员的传染病跟踪监测，筑起防范传染病的有效屏障。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyses the factors of infectious diseases sufferers and to find out a basis of the surveillance of infectious diseases.Method The physical examinations were taken for exit personnel,including the inspection of anti-RPR?anti-HIV?HBsAg.Results About 1100 rent service personnel were investigated.2 anti-Hiv(+)cases?5 syphilis sufferers?45 HBsAg(+)cases and 2 PTB cases were found.Conclusion The surveillance of infectious diseases should be enhanced to pervent the infectious disease streaming into and spreading. |
