丹参对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠肾损害的保护作用

摘    要:目的:观察丹参对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠肾损害的保护作用.方法:采用小剂量链脲佐菌素加高脂高热量饲料喂养的方法建立 Wistar大鼠2型糖尿病模型,成模后用丹参(4g.kg.d)灌胃治疗8周,检测血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,和24h尿微量白蛋白.结果:丹参能明显提高大鼠血清CGRP水平,同时降低24h尿微量白蛋白含量.结论:丹参对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠肾损害具有保护作用.

Abstract:Purpose: monitoring the protection by root of red-rooted salvia against the potential harms done to the kidneys of type 2 experimental white rats suffering diabetes. Method: the type 2 diabetes models of Wistar white rats formed by combining small dosage of streptozotocin with feedstuff containing high fat and caloric in feeding, then root of red-rooted salvia of 4g.kg.d is used as a cure to lavage the white rats for eight weeks. At the same time, checking the content of CGRP related to the genes of blood serum calcitonin as well as minim urine albumin within 24 hours. Results: root of red-rooted salvia can considerably increase the level of CGRP in white rats' blood serum while reducing the content of minim urine albumin within 24 hours. Conclusion: root of red-rooted salvia serves as a protection against harms done to the kidneys of experimental white rats suffering type 2 diabetes
