区域卫生综合竞争力评价指标体系的构建

目的：借鉴竞争力理论研究成果，在卫生综合竞争力理论研究的基础上建立一套卫生综合竞争力的评价指标体系。方法：在系统分析的基础上初步建立了由48个三级指标构成的指标体系，通过专家咨询，并对咨询结果采用5级分等法对指标进行定量筛选。结果：经过反复修改，最后确定由42个三级指标构成的评价指标体系。结论：卫生综合竞争力一个由竞争力资源、竞争力过程、竞争力环境、竞争力结果构成的三级树状结构指标体系。

Establishing Evaluation Index System for Comprehensive Competitiveness of Health

Objective: The author used theory of competitive power and on base of research findings of comprehensive strength for reference, established evaluation index system for health comprehensive competitiveness. Methods: By systematic analysis, the author establish an index system composed of 48 indicators. On base of consulting specialists, the author selected indicators by 5 grades. Results: Confirm the index system composed of 42 indicators through revision. Conclusions: The construction of index system is a three level tree structure indicator system includes resource of competitive power, process of competitive power, condition of competitive power and result of competitive power.
