| 摘 要： | 为了掌握全疆范围家畜包虫病感染情况,我们历时3年时间对12个地州的牛、羊、犬包虫病感染情况调查.在屠宰场直接检查牛羊肝脏和肺脏的棘球蚴,进行计数、登记.犬采用槟榔碱下泻法采样后,实验室利用抗原抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验方法和粪便检查法检测细粒棘球绦虫带虫率.经过调查12个 地区的包虫病平均感染率为绵羊48.930%,牛11.54%,犬28%.

| Abstract: | In order to study the epidemic situation of Echinococcus grandiousus in cattle,sheep,dogs,in Xinjiang province.The infection of hydatidcsis in animal were surveyed in 12 different districts of xinjiang in three years.Echinococcus grandiousus in the liver ang lung of cattle and sheep were deceted by prosection Sampling with Arecoline surveys in dog,infection rate of Echinococcus grandiousus were deceted using Sandwich-Elisa and cexcrement surveys.The infection rate with hydatidcsis were 48.93% in sheep,11.54... |
