微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的优质综合护理效果

目的：探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血（ HICH ）的优质综合护理影响效果。方法将98例高血压脑出血后的患者，均经微创颅内血肿清除术治疗后按照数字表法随机分为两组，对照组49例给予神经外科常规护理；观察组49例患者在对照组基础上给予优质综合护理，并比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的并发症总发生率为10．20％明显的低于对照组的36．73％（P＜0．05），观察组患者的护理满意度为95．92％显著地高于对照组的77．55％（P＜0．05）。结论微创颅内血肿清除术是一种针钻一体切口小、创伤小、适应证宽的抢救HICH较为理想而有效血肿迅速清除治疗方法。术后的优质综合护理干预显著的降低了患者死亡率、并发症出现率，提高了患者对护理满意度及其生存质量。

Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma and good comprehensive effect of nursing in treatment of ;hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage （ HICH） effect of high quality influence of comprehensive nursing .Methods 98 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients , were treated by minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma in accordance with digital table method were randomly divided into two groups , 49 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care in Department of Neurosurgery; observation group and 49 patients in the control group on the basis of quality nursing , and nursing effects were compared between the two groups . Results The rate of 10.20%was lower than the control group of 36.73%the total incidence of the observation group （P〈0.05） complications, observation and nursing satisfaction of patient group was 95.92% higher than that in the control group 77.55% （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma is a needle drilling one small incision , less trauma, wide indication to rescue HICH an ideal and effective treatment method for rapid clearance of hematoma .High quality comprehensive nursing intervention after significantly reduces mortality , the incidence of complications , improves patient care satisfaction and quality of life .
