优质护理干预对初产妇情绪障碍及产后出血的影响

目的：观察优质护理干预对初产妇情绪障碍（ mood disorder ）及产后出血（ postpartum hemorrhage ，PPH）的效果。方法将本院住院待产的初产妇106例按照数字表法随机分为两组，对照组53例给予产科分娩的常规护理方法；观察组53例则在对照组的基础上实施优质护理干预，并比较两组的临床效果。结果两组产妇护理干预前SDS、SAS评分（P均＞0．05），干预后观察组产妇SDS、SAS评分改善明显优于对照组（P均＜0．05），观察组产妇产后出血发生率、产后24 h出血量均低于对照组（P均＜0．05），而观察组产妇满意度98．11％显著地高于对照组的84．91％（P＜0．05）。结论优质护理干预能有效的缓解初产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪，改善其情绪障碍状况，减少初产妇产后出血发生率及产后出血量，护理效果显著。

Effects of high quality nursing intervention on maternal mood disorder and postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on maternal mood disorders （ mood disorder ） and postpartum hemorrhage （ postpartum hemorrhage , PPH ） .Methods 106 cases of primiparain our hospital were randomly divided into two groups , 53 cases in the control group were given routine obstetric delivery nursing ,but the 53 cases in observation group were given high quality nursing interventionon the basis of routine obstetric delivery nursing , the clinical effects were compared between the two groups .Results The differences of SDS and SAS scores between two groups were not statistically significant before nursing intervention（P〉0.05）,After the intervention the SDS and SAS score of observation group improved significantly and better than the control group （P 〈0.05）.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage , postpartum bleeding volume in 24h of the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Maternal satisfaction of the observation was 98.11%and was significantly higher than that of the control group （84.91%） （ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the early maternal anxiety and depression , improve their emotional disorder , reduces postpartum bleeding and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage , achieve satisfactory nursing effect .
