空心钉与张力带钢丝治疗单纯性尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效评价

目的比较空心钉和张力带治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效。方法采用2种方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折22例,空心钉内固定组9例,男6例,女3例;年龄18-58岁,平均46.3岁。张力带内固定组13例,男9例,女4例,年龄25-60岁,平均59.1岁。比较两组固定方法的疗效。结果 22例患者均获随访,时间6-15个月,参照MAYO肘关节功能评价标准进行评分,分值行t检验,P〈0.05,两种治疗方法疗效差异无统计学意义。结论空心钉和张力带都是治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的有效方法,张力带仍是经典的内固定方法,空心钉具有创伤小,并发症少等优点。

Evaluation on the effect of cannulated screw and tension band in the treatment of simple olecranon fracture

Objective To compare the curative effects of cannulated screw and tension band in the treatment of olecranon fracture. Methods Both the two methods were used in the treatment of olecranon fractures in 22 cases,9 cases of patients received cannulated screw internal fixation,6 cases of them were male and female3 cases,aged from 18 to 58 years old,46. 3 years on average. Tension band internal fixation were used in 13 cases,9 cases of them were male and 4 cases female,aged from 25 to 60 years old,average 59. 1 years. Compare the curative effect of the two groups received different fixed method. Results 22 patients have been followed up for 6 to 15 months,Mayo Elbow Performance standard was used to evaluate the efficacy of the two methods,t test was employed to compare the difference and there was no statistically significant difference of the two kinds of therapies. Conclusions Both cannulated screw and tension band are effective approach to treat olecranon fractures,tension band is still the classic method for internal fixation treatment,hollow nail has the advantages including smaller trauma and fewer complications.
