头孢呋辛钠辅助治疗老年肺气肿78例疗效观察

目的评价头孢呋辛钠联合痰热清治疗老年肺气肿的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2013年2月我院收治的104例老年肺气肿患者,随机分为两组,其中观察组52例,采用头孢呋辛钠联合痰热清治疗,对照组52例,采用单独痰热清治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗后症状恢复时间及不良反应的发生率。结果观察组总有效率为96.2%,对照组总有效率为80.8%,两组患者总有效率相比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;观察组临床症状缓解时间、体温恢复时间及胸部摄片恢复正常时间都短于对照组,各指标相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应的发生率为1.9%,对照组不良反应的发生率为11.5%,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论头孢呋辛钠联合痰热清治疗老年肺气肿疗效好,安全系数高,值得在临床上予以推广。

Clinical observation on 78 cases of senile emphysema cefuroxime sodium adjuvant therapy

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cefuroxime joint phlegm senile emphysema clear. Methods March 2010 February 2013 in our hospital,104 cases of elderly patients with emphysema were randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in the observation group,the use of cefuroxime sodium Tanreqing combined therapy,the control group 52 example,using a separate Tanreqing treatment,observation and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the incidence of symptoms after treatment recovery time,and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 96. 2% in the control group,the total effective rate was80. 8%,the total efficiency of the two groups were compared statistically significant,P〈0. 05; observation group clinical remission time,temperature recovery time and chest radiography recovery time was shorter than the control group,compared with the indexes significantly（ P〈0. 05）; adverse reaction rate of 1. 9% in the observation group and control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 11. 5%,respectively the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Cefuroxime sodium combined Tanreqing good old emphysema treatment efficacy,high safety factor,deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
