临床护理告知程序在泌尿外科病房应用的效果

目的：为确保护理安全，和谐护患关系，减少护患纠纷的发生。方法制定护理告知程序，明确护理告知内容，护士实施护理告知程序贯穿于患者从入院至出院的整个过程。结果有利于保证护理安全，构建和谐护患关系，提高患者和家属的满意度，由实施护理告知前的86．4％提升到告知后的96．3％。结论通过严格履行护理告知程序，保证了患者的知情同意权和维护了护士的合法权益，为患者提供了安全有序、细致优质的护理服务，减少护患纠纷的发生，提高了护理质量及患者满意度。

Application effect of clinical nursing inform procedure in urology surgery ward

Objective To ensure the safety of nursing service and establish the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients , meanwhile reduce the medical disputes .Methods Formulating the nursing inform procedure and content , executed by nurse through the whole process of patient hospital admission to discharge . Results It＇s conducive for building a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients , ensuring the safety of nursing care, improving patient＇s satisfaction.the survey result shows the patient satisfaction rate has been raised up to 96.3%from 86.4%after implement the nursing inform procedure .Conclusions Strict implementation of nursing inform procedure can help for ensuring the patients informed consent right and safeguarding the legitimate rights of nurses, reducing medical disputes , meanwhile improving the nursing quality and raising patient ＆＇s satisfaction.
