临床护理干预路径在支气管哮喘护理中的应用效果

目的探讨临床护理干预路径在支气管哮喘患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2013年6月至2014年5月收治的支气管哮喘患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用临床护理路径模式给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,并比较两组护理效果。结果观察组住院时间和住院费用明显小于对照组,护理满意度明显大于对照组,且P〈0.05。结论临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患者中的应用可明显缩短患者住院时间、降低住院费用,同时和谐护患关系的建立具有重要意义,值得临床推广。

The application of clinical nursing intervention path in nursing for bronchial asthma

Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing path in the treatment of bronchus asthma. Methods 80 cases of patients with bronchial asthma and hospitalized in our hospital during June 2013 to May 2014 were enrolled in this study,and they were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,and patients in observation group adopt the model of clinical nursing intervention path,meanwhile,patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Hospitalization time and hospitalization costs of observation group were significantly less than the control group,but nursing satisfaction was significantly greater than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with bronchial asthma can obviously shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce hospitalization expenses,and it ＇s very important for the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,thus worth clinical promotion.
