摘    要:建立了非水电位滴定测定富马酸伊布利特含量的方法。采用高氯酸标准溶液对富马酸伊布利特样品进行电位滴定,利用二级微商法确定电位滴定终点消耗的高氯酸标准溶液体积从而得出富马酸伊布利特含量,用建立的方法测得自制富马酸伊布利特样品含量为99.76%,其方法精密度RSD为0.209%。该法操作方便、准确度高,适合富马酸伊布利特的快速检测。

Determine Ibutilide Fumarate with non- aqueous potentiometric titration

Abstract:We stablished a method of determine Ibutilide Fumarate content by non- aqueous potentiometric titration. The Ibutilide Fumarate sample was potentiometrically titrated with standard solution of HCl O4,and the end point was determined by a second derivative method,then the Ibutilide Fumarate content was calculated through measuring the consumption volume of standard solution of HCl O4. The method established was used to determine the Ibutilide Fumarate content of homemade Ibutilide Fumarate sample,and the Ibutilide Fumarate content was 99. 76%,and the precision experiment was performed with the RSD 0. 209%. The non-aqueous potentiometric titration exhibited the easily processing and high accuracy,and the method was suitable to the rapid quantitative determination of Ibutilide Fumarate.
