奥硝唑缓释膜的制备及质量控制

摘    要:目的:研制以羧甲基壳聚糖为载体的奥硝唑缓释膜并建立质量控制方法。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定药膜中药物含量、均匀度、体外释放度等。结果:在318 nm处测定吸收值,奥硝唑药膜含量均匀,稳定性好;在蒸馏水中10 min释药13.9%,10 h后仍有药物释放。结论:药膜制备工艺简便,质量控制方法准确可靠,该制剂是一种很好的缓释新剂型。

Abstract:Objective: To introduce the preparation and quality control methods of the omidazole sustained-release membranes which take CM-chitosan as carriers. Methods: The quantity of omidazole, the uniformity and release rate of omidazole from the membranes were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry in vitro. Results: The maximum absorption of omidazole solution was observed at the point of 318 nm wavelength when scanned by the UV-spectrophotometer. And the membrane is uniform and stable. 13.9% omidazole was released from the membrane in the initial 10 minutes and it was still detectable in 10 hours later. Conclusion: The preparation of omidazole sustained-release membrane is simple and convenient. The quality control methods of the membrane are accurate and reliable.
