| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨分娩期子宫破裂形成的相关因素及其防治措施。方法:对我院1997年2月~2006年12月21例分娩期子宫破裂患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:资料表明致分娩期子宫破裂的顺序为催产素使用不当,疤痕子宫,胎位不正及困难的阴道手术。结论:正确使用催产素,严格控制第一次剖宫产的指征,降低剖宫产率,完善产前检查及加强孕期宣教,可有效预防分娩期子宫破裂。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the causes and prevention of uterine rupture during labor.Methods: Data of 21 cases of uterine rupture from February 1997 to December 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The main causes of uterine rupture were unproper use of oxytocin,scared uterine,mispresentation and difficult transvaginal operations.Conclusions: Proper use of oxytocin,strictly control the first cesarean section,improving prenatal education and examination are effective way to prevent uterine rupture. |
