山东产酸枣仁中微量元素及氨基酸分析

摘    要:对山东四个主产区的酸枣仁采用原子吸收分光光度法等进行了微量元素的测定;并用氨基酸自动分析仪对游离氨基酸进行了测定。结果表明,山东不同产地酸枣仁中均含有Fe、Mn、Zn、Se等7种人体必需的微量元素及酪氨酸、蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、苏氨酸等8种人体必需的氨基酸。

Abstract:The contents of minor elementsand free amino acid in wild jujube kern four main producing regions in Shandong have been determined with the atomic absorption spectrophotometry etc.and a.a.autoanalyzer respectively.Rusults show there are seven minor elments such as Fe,Mn,Zn,Se etc.and eight amino acid such as Tyr,Met,Val,Lys etc.which are necessary to human,in the wild jujube kern of different producing regions.
