栀子不同炮制品中微量元素的含量测定

摘    要:用等离子体原子发射光谱法对栀子不同炮制品进行了32种微量元素的含量测定比较,结果表明,栀子皮,栀子仁微量元素的种类及含量均存在差异;经炒制和辅料制后,各样品微量元素含量有不同程度的改变,此实验结果为栀子炮制机理的研究提供了一定的科学依据。

Abstract:Determination and comparison of 32 kinds of trace eiement in Zhizi before and after process have been conduted by ICP AES,the result shows there are differences in contents and kinds of trace elements between the skin and kernel of Zhizi.It also shows all the elements in Zhizi have changed in contents after processing.It give us a good reference to research the mechanism of processing Zhizi.
