汕头市中心医院1957例传染病分布调查分析

目的 了解汕头市中心医院传染病患者的分布情况，做好预防和控制工作，为制定合理的消毒隔离措施提供科学依据。方法 对于2004年7月1日-2005年6月30日期间在汕头市中心医院就诊的传染病患者进行回顾性调查和分析。结果 1957例传染病患者中，乙类传染病l863例，丙类传染病94例；主要的传染病病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、伤寒和副伤寒、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹等；呼吸道传染病居第一位，血源及性传播疾病居第二位；二、三季度病例数较多。结论 病毒性肝炎、肺结核是本地区主要传染病，应将其作为防治工作的重点；其次是应根据其病种、传播途径和季节分布等特点采取相应的有效防控措施。

Survey of distribution of 1 957 cases with infectious diseases in Shantou Municipal Central Hospital

Objective To learn the constitution of infectious diseases in a comprehensive hospital, aiming at doing well in the prevention and control of them, and providing scientific basis for formulating reasonable measures of disinfection and isolation. Methods 1957 patients with infectious diseases, which sought medical advice in our hospital from July 1 st, 2004 to June 30th, 2005, were investigated and analyzed by retrospective way. Results Among 1 957 cases with infectious diseases, there were 1863 cases of Class B and 94 cases of Class C. The main diseases were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, typhoid and paratyphoid, epidemic mumps, and measles, etc. In view of different infectious ways, the respiratory tract diseases ranked first, followed by the hematogenous and sexual infectious ones. In view of seasons, the incidences in the first and the forth quarter were low, while those in the second and the forth quarter were high. Conclusion In order to further the reduction of the incidence of infectious diseases, the monitoring of infectious diseases and the dynamic analysis of epidemic situation should be strengthened firstly, then the work of prevention and cure should be focused on the major infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc, and thirdly, the work of prevention and inoculation all kinds of infectious diseases should be done well to improve the immunity of healthy people from infectious diseases,
