| 摘 要： | 以阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者40例,报告如下。1对象和方法为我院2004年10月至2005年3月门诊患者,符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版精神分裂症或分裂样精神病诊断标准;年龄15~59岁;排除器质性疾病,药物或酒依赖,妊娠、哺乳期妇女;阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分≥60分。共4

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy and side effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Method:Thirty schizophrenic patients were treated with aripiprazole. The efficacy was measured with the positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS).The adverse events were determined by the treatment emergent symptoms scale (TESS) and extrapyramidal symptom rating scale (ESRS). Results:The efficacy rate of aripiprazole was 86.7%,in which 60.0% were improved markedly. Extrapyramidal side effects were few. Conclusion:Aripiprazole is an effective drug for schizophrenia, with few side effects. |
