职校低年级学生应对方式与心理健康、心理满意度的关系研究

摘    要:目的研究职校低年级学生应对方式与心理健康、心理满意度的关系。方法采用SCL-90量表、应对方式量表和情感平衡量表对其心理健康、应对方式和心理满意度进行测试。结果男生比女生更多的采用积极应对方式,并存在显著性差异(t=-2.516,P<0.05)。男生负性情感多于女生,并存在显著性差异(t=2.010,P<0.05);职校低年级学生心理健康水平总体较低,30.8%有轻度心理问题,男女生在强迫症状、抑郁、精神病性、其他和总均分之间存在显著性差异,女生心理健康状况不如男生。非独生子女与独生子女抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性6个因子分和总均分存在显著性差异。非独生子女的心理健康状况不如独生子女;积极的应对方式与SCL-90的偏执因子、心理满意度的正性情感维度有显著性正相关。消极的应对方式与SCL-90的所有因子及情感平衡维度均有非常显著性正相关,与负性情感维度存在非常显著性负相关(P<0.01)。结论职校低年级学生应对方式与心理健康、心理满意度有密切关系;过多采用消极应对方式不利于心理健康水平的提高和情感平衡的维持。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between coping style with mental health and mental satisfaction degree of Vocational-technical school students.Methods 143 Vocational-technical school students were assessed by Coping Style Questionnaire,SCL-90 scale and emotional balance scale.Results Boys was significantly higher than girls in inclined to adopt active coping style and negativity emotion.The level of psychological health in the Vocational-technical school students is low.30.8% had mild mental problems,The boys have mental health level higher than the girls.The scores of boys SCL-90 of obsessive compulsive disease depression,psychotic diseases and whole average score were all remarkably higher than the girls.The Only Child have mental health level higher than the no Only child.The scores of the Only Child SCL-90 of depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,crankiness,psychotic diseases and whole average score were all remarkably higher than the no Only child.Positive coping styles show significant correlation with mental health of crankiness and positive affects.Negative coping styles show significant correlation with the factors of SCL-90,affective balance and had very significant negative correlation with the negative affect.Conclusion There is a close relationship between coping style with mental health and mental satisfaction degree of low grades students of Vocational-technical school.Negative coping style is not benefit to mental health and mental satisfaction degree.
