摘    要:目的 研究不同间期缺氧高二氧化碳对大鼠肺循环的影响及肺循环改变的可逆性。方法 测定缺氧高二氧化碳二周组,四周组及恢复组(缺O2高CO2四周后再呼吸空气四周),正常对照组大鼠的肺动脉压及心室重量和肺血管肌化程度。结果 缺O2高CO2二周引起肺动脉压明显升高(P〈0.001),肺血管肌化增强及右心室肥厚。四周组与二周组比较肺动脉无明显差异。但肺血管肌化及右心肥厚更明显。恢复组肺动脉压降至正常,肺血管肌

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of different duration of hypoxia-hypercapnia(HH) in the pulmonary circulation of rat,and the reversibility of the changes in pulmonary circulation.Methods:The mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP),muscularization of pulmonary arterioles(MPA) and the weight of ventricular were examined in rats,exposured to HH for 2 weeks',4 weeks respectively and to air for 4 weeks after 4 weeks HH exposure.Results:2 weeks',HH exposure produced pulmonary hypertension and increased MPA and right ventricular hypertrophy(RVH),4 weeks,HH exposure showed same mPAP but more marked MPA and RVH compared to that of 2 weeks,4 weeks,continued breathing after,4 weeks',HH exposure restored mPAP Completely,while RVH and the increased MPA were partially restored.Conclusion:The pressure of pulmonary artery was up to peak after 2 weeks' exposure to hypoxia-hypercaprina and prolonged exposure produced more marked RVH and MPA,changes of which were reversed when air is breathed again.
