摘    要:目的 探讨慢性肾衰血浆及尿内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)改变及其与肾功能、血压的关系。方法:采用放免法及比色法测定血浆及尿中ET- 1、NO含量及其与血清肌酐(SCr)、平均动脉压(MAP)的相关性。结果:慢性肾衰组血浆及尿ET显著高于健康人(P< 0.01),其中CRⅠ期血、尿NO 与健康人无显著差异(P> 0.05)而CRF期尿NO 低于健康人(P< 0.05),血浆及尿ET 与SCr及MAP均显著正相关(P< 0.05)、NO与SCr及MAP均呈显著负相关(P< 0.01)。结论:慢性肾衰时体内ET增高、NO 合成减少,且与肾功能及血压密切相关,说明ET及NO 在慢性肾衰的进展中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between the changes of seral and urinary ET and NO levels with the renal function and blood pressure Method:By using radioimmuno assay and chromometry, seral and urinary ET-1,NO,seral creatinine were detectd and mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) was measured to study their correlations. Results: The ET levels in the chronic renal failure group were much higher than those in the health group(P<0.01). Compared with NO levels in the health group,there existed no statistical significant difference in CRI stage patients(P>0.05),but in the CRF stage patients,their NO levels were lower than those in the health group(P<0.05). Furthermore,positive correlation of ET was revealed between the two groups(P<0.05) and negative correlation of NO and MAP were also observed between CRF and health group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The increased ET and decreased NO levels could be observed in CRF patients and were closely correlated with the renal function and blood pressure levels,which indicated that ET and NO played an important role in the process of CRF.
