Wilson患者驱铜及抗氧化治疗前后血清中氧化物和抗氧化物水平的研究

目的　研究Wilson病 (WD)患者经驱铜及抗氧化剂治疗前后血清氧化物和抗氧化物水平的变化。方法　应用反相高效液相色谱法 (RP HPLC)和化学比色法测定 2 9例WD患者治疗前及两种不同治疗后血清中氧化物和抗氧化物浓度 ,并把患者组和正常对照组比较以及不同治疗前后比较。结果　与正常对照组比较 ,WD患者血清氧化物增高 ,抗氧化物下降 ,而驱铜及驱铜联合抗氧化剂治疗后 ,血清氧化物水平下降 ,抗氧化物水平上升 ,且后者改变更明显。结论　驱铜治疗能显著改善WD患者血清中自由基的代谢紊乱 ,而联合应用抗氧化剂后改善更明显。

Study on the serum levels of the oxidants and the antioxidants in the patients with Wilson''''s disease before and after the treatment of copper-cleaning agents and antioxidants

Objective To study the serum levels of the oxidants and the antioxidants in the patients with Wilsons disease before and after the treatment of copper-cleaning agents and antioxidants. Methods First, the serum levels of the oxidants and the antioxidants in the 29 cases of WD and 21 normal controls were determined by high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) and the bichemical color-compared methods. Then, all patients serum levels of oxidants and anti-oxidants after treatment were determined and compared with those before. Results Compared with controls the serum levels of oxidants were increased and the those of antioxidants were decreased in the patients with WD. After treatment of copper-cleaning agents and combined with exogenous antioxidants, the serum levels of oxidants were decreased and the those of antioxidants were increased, but latter changed more significantly. Conclusion Copper-cleaning agents can improve metabolism disorders of FRs, while if with exogenous FRs scavenger it will be better.
