花梨木挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备及稳定性研究

摘    要:目的 制备花梨木挥发油β-环糊精包合物并考察包合物的稳定性.方法 在不同溶媒的作用下以饱和水溶液搅拌法包合花梨木挥发油β-环糊精包合物,以花梨木挥发油含量为测定指标,分别对花梨木挥发油β-环糊精包合物和混合物进行强光照射、高温、挥发性实验并通过DSC-TGA对包合物进行了热稳定性研究.结果 在醋酸乙酯为溶媒的条件下,β-环糊精包合挥发油的包合率最高,包合率可达75.8%.在光、热等因素影响下,包合物中花梨木挥发油含量变化不大,而混合物中挥发油含量均明显下降.包合物热稳定性比混合物好,热分解反应为一级反应.结论 确定了醋酸乙酯为合适的溶媒,花梨木挥发油β-环糊精包合物具有一定的抗光照性、热稳定性,其稳定性优于单纯花梨木挥发油.

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation and stability of inclusion compound of volatile oil extracted from Dalbergia odorifera T. chen.Methods The inclusion compound of β-cyclodextrin was prepared in different menstruums by saturated aqueous solution mixing method. With the volatile oil content of Dalbergia odorifera as an index, the stability of the inclusion compound was examined under strong light, high temperature and volatilizing, respectively. In addition, the heat stability of the inclusion complex was investigated by DSC-TGA.Results The highest inclusion ratio was obtained when ethyl acetate was used as a menstruum, and the yield could reach 75.8%.In addition, the volatile oil content of the inclusion complex was not much sensitive to light and heat. In the mixture, however, it decreased considerably. The inclusion complex was more thermostable than the mixture and the thermodecomposion was a one-order reaction.Conclusion Ethyl acetate is an appropriate menstruum for the inclusion, and the volatile oil in inclusion complex has higher stability than that of original volatile oil as a result of good light and heat stabilities of the inclusion complex.
